Then join us for our very first Tahi Hybrid Race Day - a race day simulation at Tahi CrossFit, according to your level. Sign up via ZenPlanner for one of the following options:
Half-HYROX: Complete half a HYROX on your own - half the running, half the reps on the stations.
Full-HYROX: Complete a full HYROX on your own - all the running, all the reps on the stations.
Doubles or Relays: Complete a full HYROX either in a team of 4 or in a team of 2.
The first heat of people opting for a Half-HYROX will start at 09:00, heats for Full-HYROX, doubles and relay teams will start from 10:00 onwards. Every 10-15 minutes there is a new heat with 2 slots (two singles, two doubles teams, or two relay teams). Please warm-up on your own beforehand.
