WEIGHTLIFTING

Our olympic weightlifting class takes place each Wednesday, 19:30. This specialty class is dedicated to practicing the Olympic lifts: snatch, clean, and jerk.

We break down the movements to improve technique and positioning, in order to ultimately move safely and proficiently under larger loads.


GYMNASTICS

Our gymnastics class takes place each Friday, 18:30. This specialty class is dedicated to advancing our gymnastics skills and techniques.

The main focus will be on gymnastics movements that we often see in CrossFit workouts, such as toes to bar, pull-ups, muscle-ups, pistol squats, box jumps and the various forms of handstands.


YOGA

Our Yoga class takes place each Monday, 19:45. This specialty class focuses on improving our mobility while also supporting our body’s rest and recovery.

It is run in collaboration with SPORTEGRATION, with half of all sign up spots going to refugees and asylum seekers, thus providing them with access to sports and an ideal opportunity to foster their integration.

With the FREE trial class, you can visit any of our CrossFit, HYROX or specialty classes throughout the week - see schedule below.
